Each day blends mindful movement, nature, and creativity — from yoga and meditative hikes to relaxing soaks at Iron Mountain Hot Springs or exploring the caves of Glenwood’s Adventure Park. You’ll enjoy a balance of guided experiences and free time to rest, reflect, or wander at your own pace. Surrounded by an uplifting community of women, you’ll elevate your mind, body, and spirit in an atmosphere of growth and grounding. Cancellation & Transfer Policy: Written notice required via text or email Refund schedule: 120 days before retreat: Full refund minus deposit 90 days before retreat: 75% refund minus deposit 60 days before retreat: 50% refund minus deposit 45 days or less: No refund Reservations are transferable to another participant up to 14 days prior ($100 transfer fee applies) retreat start date. Transfer fee of $100 will apply. **In the event of documented medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances, Vibrant Awakenings will enforce the policy on a case by case basis.**
