Receive a Personalized Proposal
Based on our conversation, I’ll design a custom coaching plan just for you—with options for frequency, focus areas, and format (virtual or in-person in NYC).

Start with a Full-Body Assessment
Your first session includes a comprehensive Physical Fitness Assessment, so plan for an extra 15–20 minutes. From there, we begin the work—on your time, at your pace.
